Welcome at the EuroLAB production and presentation site of Schwab filosofie bv This site contains the production and presentation of several EuroLABs. These labs are usually organized in Spain (natural park Albera) or in Amsterdam. Participants put work files, links or whatever digitable material on there specific site. All this is open for public. The EuroLAB method is developed by Humberto Schwab and is based on value creation, Socratic dialogue and the future scenario method for learning. Participants make scenarios of the future based on philosophical questions and argumentations, research and literature, imagination and expert knowledge. They work in a cooperative atmosphere, based on a ethical attitude of reflection and creativity. The result of the working process is an advice (i.e. to the European society) which contains 4 stories about the future concerning the subject (learning, migration etc.): what can possibly be the case in 10 to 15 years from now on. The four stories are extreme distinct, while we cannot predict the future, we have to anticipate on different futures to come. By doing this future process, we can reflect on our acting and reasoning now and here. So we learn to communicate better with each other about the direction things are moving in. EuroLAB was held in different e -learning formats, the actual one is supported by APO-Amsterdam. The other EuroLABS are imported from older versions of the site.
